Shipping Methods

We provide two shipping options:

1. Home Delivery

   • Home delivery is automatically applied when you place an order through our website.
   • Doorstep delivery will be provided via our delivery partners (Amazon shipping / delhivery ).
   • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 8 days, depending on your location.

2. DTDC Courier Service (WhatsApp Orders Only)

   • Available only for orders placed through WhatsApp.
   • Shipping Charge: ₹70
   • This option is mainly for urgent orders or for customers who do not require home delivery.
   • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 days.
   • Delivery may require you to collect the parcel from the nearest DTDC office, depending on service availability.

•    Customers must ensure they are available to attend delivery calls.
•    If you do not respond to the delivery agent’s call or fail to receive the order, we will not be responsible for failed delivery.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

Orders may be returned to us (RTO) if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or does not respond to the delivery agent’s calls.

In such cases, if you wish to have your order re-delivered, a re-shipping charge will be applicable.

International Shipping

• International delivery is available only for orders placed through our WhatsApp.
• We handle international orders personally through WhatsApp so we can assist you better and clarify all your doubts before placing the order.
• Shipping charges, delivery time, and other details will be shared and confirmed directly on WhatsApp based on your location.
